D is incorrect. B is correct. Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling supports sending Amazon SNS notifications when the following events occur.

We dont need SNS notification. We need to avoid this situation. So scheduled action would be expected.

there is no scale up, scale up meaning terminating the instance and change the type of instance i think the correct answer is C

here is using for a verb to explain action. so it is not meaning scale up for instance type. so we should look at the context.

A doesn't work we have Spike here and autoscale based on utilization doesnt work with spike or immediately change in load. it should be schduled . I am going with B.
