And is B Highly resilient, fault-tolerant network connections are key to a well-architected system. AWS recommends connecting from multiple data centers for physical location redundancy.

D seems that it also provides highly resilliency and I believe that Configuring multiple virtual interface on the top of DX connection is more cost-effective than having multiple dx connection in multiple location. So, don't we want to chose the more cost-effective one if both provides a resilliency?
