Arora is relational and supports dynamic storage scaling upto 64 TB. So answer is A.

actually, the RDS also has a feature dynamic storage as Aurora secondly, 64TB is the previous number, as a new update from AWS, the capacity of Aurora has been increased to 128TB Check it out here: https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2020/09/amazon-aurora-increases-maximum-storage-size-128tb/)

you are adding to much information to make it right but it is not , the storage in RDS is limited to instance class

A...Table joins indicate Relational DB or SQL... so DynamoDB ruled out coz NoSQL.. so Aurora is completely server less and scalable in storage.
