Amazon EFS with "Windows EC2 instances" isn't supported. However, Amazon EFS supports the Network File System versions 4.0 and 4.1 (NFSv4) protocols when mounting your file systems on Amazon EC2 instances. NFSv4.1 provides better performance. Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 use Serveur NFS, versions NFSv2, NFSv3, NFSv 4.1 + AWS SSO, the answere should be C
