Selected Answer: C
Amazon Route 53 is a highly available and scalable domain name system (DNS) web service provided by AWS. It can be used to detect an outage of website servers and redirect users to alternate servers or locations when the primary servers become unavailable. Route 53 offers a feature called "DNS Failover" that automatically routes traffic from an unhealthy endpoint to a healthy one based on health checks that you configure. This helps ensure high availability and resiliency for web applications and websites.
