this is not a good question....5Gbps is single flow traffic limit...it can be larger than 5Gbps in total depends on the instance type..

A - From https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-instance-network-bandwidth.html Bandwidth for single-flow (5-tuple) traffic is limited to 5 Gbps, regardless of the destination of the traffic.
