D is about connection between 2 AWS services - hosting of applicatoin and data, they cannot be connected with dirrect connection. I would choose B. from here: https://aws.amazon.com/s3/pricing/ ...You pay for all bandwidth into and out of Amazon S3, except for the following: Data transferred from an Amazon S3 bucket to any AWS service(s) within the same AWS Region as the S3 bucket (including to a different account in the same AWS region).

OK, I read it once again and they want to access visualisation tool vit direct connect. so D is fine. previously I understand that they want to connect visualisation tool with data warehouse , which obviusly cannot be done via direct connect

Answer is B. Least cost is achieved when we do away with DX. It seems they don’t need DX. Move visualization app to aws and get the result files which are small over internet. DX here is not necessary. Agreed?
