A. Glacier still not AWS managed yet

Answer is A. There is no managed rules as of 23Jul2021. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/config/latest/developerguide/managed-rules-by-aws-config.html

If you go to AWS console > AWS Config > Rules > Add rule > Add AWS managed rule and search for Glacier you will not find anything. If there is no ready to use Managed Rule, I suppose that you will have to create a custom rule A is a correct answer then
