Not very clear, answer could be B however, if that is the right one, then the same applies to option D, you could also enable public access on the bucket and call it a day.

You won't use cloud front and enable S3 public access. S3 is an origin which you want to hide. So it's not D. IMO it could be A too.

The images in S3 are saved as .png instead of .jpg. D. There is no rule in your bucket policy allowing public access.
