This is so confusing !! 16 /32 subnets is fine .But is it not 14 IP addresses per subnet .Per subnet just one IP address or one host only. Is it just typo the answers should have OR instead of AND ?

Ans: B. 16 subnets and 14 hosts per subnet /28 = 255.255.255.240 256-240 = 16-2 (removing network and broadcast) = 14 hosts /24 = 255.255.255.0 0 to 255 = 256 addresses 256/16 = 16 subnets

Where did you took the /24 from ? I mean we can't calculate the number of subnet since there's missing info.

so /28 corresponds to 16 subnets with /32 ranges or 16 -2 (broadcats and network) =14 Ip adresses

Ans should be D. Given the fact that it is /28, its subnet cannot be 192.168.130.130/28. It must be 192.168.130.128/28. So if I consider they mentioned 192.168.130.130/28 as the address from the subnet then the Subnet starting will be from 192.168.130.128/28 and then it can have only 8 subnets with 14 valid IP address per subnet.

Ans: B. 16 subnets and 14 hosts per subnet A /28 IPv4 may contains 16 /32 subnets, or 14 IP addr (the first one is the network addr, and the last one is the broadcast addr, both of which are reserved)
