Not a great question. You must first create and verify your VIF to download configuration file to your router. Thus makes the answer to be B. However the question is weird.

The answer shall be A due to the following investigations; Firstly, I have not seen the term "Configure Redundant Connections". Secondly, I recalled that the logical redundancy feature was released before/after ReInvent 2018. As I remember, this feature is not globally available; then I found a page that proves my notion. https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/direct-connect-set-logical-redundancy/
