I think A and C B - eliminated because lauching an instance will assign a private IP automatically D - they want to use RDP to access windows, not linux E - eliminated because security group is stateful, outbound rule opens for all

Correct Answer: A & C D is wrong because port 22 is used by SSH, not RDP.
