If you go for console -> stackset, it show the below which is exactly ans A. Stackset is a container for AWS cloudformation stacks that lets you provision stacks across AWS accounts and regions by using a single AWS cloudformation template.

CloudFormation StackSets allow you to roll out CloudFormation stacks over multiple AWS accounts and in multiple Regions with just a couple of clicks. Above info from https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/new-use-aws-cloudformation-stacksets-for-multiple-accounts-in-an-aws-organization/ Therefore, A is the answer
