A. is the answer. DMS can be used for database migration(supports cross database migration too). RDS supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle. B-does not talk about migration C-Dynamo DB is NoSQL database,complete change of code needed. D-Snowball is mainly to move data into S3. Further,Aurora supports only MySQL, PostgreSQL not Oracle.

you can migrate oracle to an oracle database on rds, much easier than converting oracle to another database.

Answer: B Perfect scenario for lift and shift. Not the lowest cost option and yes the other options will migrate the data. However, the constraint is not cost it is not having to re write code. Run Oracle on EC2, bring along the code and data.
