90% utilized VPN connection rules out A & D. B takes more than 1 month to setup. Only feasible option is C

C is better in here. The end-to-end time to transfer up to 80 TB of data into AWS with Snowball Edge is approximately one week, including the usual shipping and handling time in AWS data centers. https://aws.amazon.com/snowball/faqs/

Not sure if you're still looking for the answer but it says the VPN is saturated, used mostly at 90% of its capacity. You just can't rely on it to transfer so much data without causing other problems.

This is the first time I see Snowball edge in the questions and it is also 483; does this mean this question is from a newer dump?

C Clearly the 90% utilization is an indicator that file transfer into AWS will not be feasible
