C This option only applies to VPC route table. If route table for VGW, Direct-Connect BGP routes will be preferred over static routes https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpn/latest/s2svpn/VPNRoutingTypes.html#vpn-route-priority

C longest prefix priority over others, Not A & B as not longest prefix first. D is incorrect as it has propogated routes before static ones.
