C ANSWER AWS Outposts • Hybrid Cloud: businesses that keep an on - premises infrastructure alongside a cloud infrastructure • Therefore, two ways of dealing with IT systems: • One for the AWS cloud (using the AWS console, CLI, and AWS APIs) • One for their on -premises infrastructure • AWS Outposts are “server racks” that offers the same AWS infrastructure, services, APIs & tools to build your own applications on -premises just as in the cloud • AWS will setup and manage “Outposts Racks” within your on -premises infrastructure and you can start leveraging AWS services on-premises • You are responsible for the Outposts Rack physical security • Benefits: • Low-latency access to on-premises systems • Local data processing • Data residency • Easier migration from on-premises to the cloud • Fully managed service

C, outposts seems correct, it's tricky. Local zones (A) don't offer on premises, it's near your location only.

AWS Outposts is a service that allows you to run AWS infrastructure, services, APIs, and tools on-premises. This means that you can keep your data local and on-premises, while still taking advantage of the scalability, elasticity, and security of AWS. AWS Outposts also provides low latency between your on-premises resources and AWS. This is because AWS Outposts uses the same high-speed network that AWS uses to connect its data centers around the world.

The AWS service or feature that can be used to meet these requirements is C. AWS Outposts. AWS Outposts is a fully managed service that extends AWS infrastructure, services, APIs, and tools to customer premises. With AWS Outposts, customers can run AWS services locally, ensuring that their data remains on premises while still having access to low-latency connectivity with AWS services in the cloud. AWS Local Zones and Availability Zones are both cloud data centers that provide high availability and fault tolerance for AWS resources. They do not provide the capability to run AWS services locally. AWS Wavelength Zones provide ultra-low latency connectivity between 5G devices and AWS services, but they are not designed to run AWS services on customer premises.
