C : to use DirectConnect ! Remember that the connection between EC2 and S3 using the internet network for communicating between instances... To improve the throughput is necessary to use the AWS backbone network using DirectConnect

DirectConnect will be used only to connect AWS Resources with On-Premise servers, not internally among AWS resources. Hence C is not correct.
