But don't you feel like you are learning more on some of these topics by reading and reviewing the discussions around the "incorrect" answers? I am treating the more like a flashcard discussion versus just a dump of questions. I know i have learned some things I was missing based on the controversial answer discussions. I take the exam tomorrow and will see if this test set, along with the basic AWS training, are enough. I'll let everyone know

AWS organization manages and optimises costs across AWS accounts and resources using the tool "Cost Explorer" As the question is which tool to be used, answer is Cost explorer

Cost Explorer cannot be used to share EC2 instances unlike AWS Organisations, therefore the answer is D. AWS Organisations.

The Answer is definitely D, With AWS Organizations, you can create and manage organizational units (OUs) to group accounts by department, business unit, or any other logical structure. This allows you to apply policies, including the sharing of Reserved Instances, at the OU level, providing fine-grained control over resource allocation. With (SCP's) the AWS Organization allows company to have a centralized control over permissions and resource usage across multiple AWS accounts.
