Selected Answer: B
Service Quotas is an AWS service that allows users to view, manage, and request increases in service limits for various AWS services. Service limits are predefined limits set by AWS on the usage of specific resources or services within an AWS account. By using Service Quotas, a company can centrally manage its service limits and request increases when needed. It provides visibility into the current limits, usage, and available quota for each service. The service includes an interface to submit requests for limit increases, track the status of the requests, and receive notifications on updates.

AWS Config tracks configuration changes but is unrelated to service limits. AWS Service Catalog helps organize and manage services but doesn't handle service limit requests. AWS Budgets is used for cost management and setting budget thresholds, not service limits.

You can now use Service Quotas in AWS GovCloud (US) Regions to view and manage your service quotas at scale as your AWS workloads grow. Service Quotas enables you to manage your AWS service quotas from one central location. In addition to viewing service quota values, you can easily request and track quota increases. For supported services, you can proactively manage your quotas by configuring Amazon CloudWatch alarms that monitor usage and alert you to approaching quotas. You can access Service Quotas through the AWS console, and via AWS APIs and CLI. Service Quotas is available at no additional charge.
