The I/O capacity of the instance is based on the instance storage type and size. So Answer is B & E

D. Increase the I/O parameter in Amazon RDS Enhanced Monitoring. - not the right answer. Just enabling enhanced monitoring is not going to help the performance. correct Answer: B & E
