One of the benefits of moving from an on-premises data center to the AWS Cloud is the ability to leverage the elasticity and scalability of cloud computing. With AWS, users can launch and terminate compute instances (such as Amazon EC2 instances) as needed based on the demand and workload requirements. This allows for optimized cost management, as users only pay for the resources they actually use and can scale up or down to match the workload. This flexibility in resource provisioning is a key advantage of the AWS Cloud.
I think A is the most suitable answer, as it' about the flexibility only AWS as a cloud provider provides. Of course you can provision and terminate your compute resources as an on-premises data center as well, but it takes much more manual work and time. In AWS, it's just a few clicks.
