The answer should be B. AWS Developer Support provides access to technical support from AWS engineers 24/7, which aligns with the company's requirement for round-the-clock support. It also includes AWS Trusted Advisor, which offers some level of contextual architectural guidance. The more advanced support plans, such as AWS Business Support and AWS Enterprise Support, offer additional features and support options, but they come at a higher cost. Since the company has a strong IT support team and does not need concierge support, AWS Developer Support should suffice while keeping costs lower than the other support plans.

AWS Business Support offers 24/7 access to AWS Support engineers through email, chat, and phone. It provides access to the AWS Health API, allowing the company to programmatically retrieve information about the health of AWS services. Additionally, AWS Business Support offers general architectural guidance to help with business use cases. The cost of AWS Business Support is lower than AWS Enterprise Support, which provides additional features such as concierge support. AWS Developer Support is designed for individual developers and may not provide the level of support required by a company running production workloads.

Selected Answer: C
Based on the requirements, the AWS Support plan that would meet the company's needs at the lowest cost is C. AWS Business Support. AWS Business Support provides 24/7 access to AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Infrastructure Event Management, and the AWS Health API, which are the features that the company needs. Business Support also includes access to AWS Support engineers during business hours, which should be sufficient given the strong IT support team the company already has in place. Additionally, Business Support provides architectural guidance for specific business use cases, which can be useful for optimizing the company's use of AWS.
