B is right Containerize app for fargate/ecs/aks seems like alot of effort and also DB migration

It's C. Fargate and Aurora Serverless so they scale up or down automatically within your boundaries (least effort). Since they are serverless, they should also be able to handle the heavy demand.

with EC2 there is operational overhead. so better to go with ECS+Fargate
