A. AWS Pricing Calculator https://docs.aws.amazon.com/pricing-calculator/latest/userguide/what-is-pricing-calculator.html "AWS Pricing Calculator is a web-based planning tool that you can use to create estimates for your AWS use cases. You can use it to model your solutions before building them, explore the AWS service price points, and review the calculations behind your estimates. You can use it to help you plan how you spend, find cost saving opportunities, and make informed decisions when using Amazon Web Services. AWS Pricing Calculator is useful for those who have never used AWS. It's also useful for those who want to reorganize or expand their AWS usage. You don't need any experience with the cloud or AWS to use AWS Pricing Calculator."

Keyword: "before provisioning workloads" so its a estimation of architecture - done through AWS Pricing Calculator Cost Explorer - will help forecasting cost with the past usage pattern, so it will be done based on existing workload cost.

A is correct. Option C, Cost Explorer, is not the correct answer because it is not a tool for estimating costs before provisioning workloads. Cost Explorer is a tool that allows users to analyze their AWS costs and usage over time. It provides insights into how costs are trending, and allows users to identify patterns and trends that can help them optimize their usage and reduce costs.
