Selected Answer: C
C. 3-year, All Upfront, Standard RI When it comes to Reserved Instances (RIs), the longer the term and the more upfront payment made, the higher the average cost savings compared to an On-Demand Instance. 3-year, All Upfront, Standard RI provides the highest average cost savings compared to an On-Demand Instance. This option allows you to commit to a 3-year term, pay for the entire term upfront and receive the highest level of savings. This option is ideal for predictable workloads that can be planned and managed for a longer period of time.

Answer C - All up front will provide the highest cost saving in this case. Unless someone can prove me wrong. 1 year no upfront = 37% savings over on demand 3 year all up front= 67% savings over on demand Link: https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/reserved-instances/pricing/
