from above link "Amazon Connect is a pay-as-you-go cloud contact center. There are no required minimum monthly fees, long-term commitments, or upfront license charges, and pricing is not based on peak capacity, agent seats, or maintenance; you only pay for what you use. Amazon Connect offers capabilities for your contact center and agent workspace, including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling and outbound campaigns, as well as Voice, Chat, Tasks, Customer Profiles, Contact Lens, Voice ID, Wisdom, and Cases, and Guides."
