This on is tricky but I'll go for C. 1. You don't modify, you request an increase in your quota 2. Option B i'ts too much general... there's no such EC2 Instance Quota per Region, the quota it's per instance family.

service limits(=quota) are preconfigured thresholds set by AWS to control resource usage by individual accounts -> need AWS request capacity limits refer to the available resources within an AWS service or region, -> modify instance type, etc
