AWS Storage Gateway is an AWS service that connects on-premises applications to cloud-based storage. It enables hybrid storage by caching frequently accessed data locally for low-latency access while asynchronously backing up data to Amazon S3 or Amazon Glacier for durable, off-site storage. It can work in three modes: File, Volume, and Tape.
AWS Direct Connect is a service that allows you to establish a dedicated network connection from your on-premises data centers to AWS.
Amazon S3 is a object storage service that allows you to store, retrieve, and manage large amounts of data in the cloud.
AWS Snowball Edge is a data transfer device that can be used to transfer large amounts of data into and out of AWS.
