Amazon Aurora is a relational database engine that is fully managed by AWS. It provides automated backups of data by default. Aurora automatically backs up your data to Amazon S3 and also continuously backs up your data to Amazon S3 in a transaction log called the "backtrack." This allows you to restore your database to a specific point in time or to roll back to a previous state.
B: Amazon Aurora
Amazon Aurora provides automated backups of data by default. When you create an Aurora DB cluster, the service automatically creates one or more automated backups of the DB cluster, known as a "backup window". These backups are stored in Amazon S3 and are retained according to your specified retention period.
Amazon Aurora provides built-in security, continuous backups, serverless compute, up to 15 read replicas, automated multi-Region replication, and integrations with other AWS services.
