Selected Answer: A
A company that has an AWS Business Support plan has access to: A. AWS Support concierge The AWS Support concierge service provides assistance with billing and account-related inquiries, helping customers with their AWS account and billing questions. While AWS Business Support does provide access to a dedicated technical account manager (TAM) for an additional fee, this is not included by default with the Business Support plan. The AWS DDoS Response Team (DRT) is a feature of AWS Shield Advanced, which is a separate service from AWS Support plans. The AWS Health API is a publicly available AWS service and is not tied specifically to support plans.

I think both B & D are correct. Support from DDoS response team are allowed from Advanced shield protection which comes as standard in Business plan as well
