A company wants to build a data analytics application that uses Amazon Redshift. The company needs a cost estimate for its future Amazon Redshift usage.
Which AWS tool will provide a high-level cost estimation?
B. AWS Pricing Calculator is a web-based planning tool that you can use to create estimates for your AWS use cases. You can use it to model your solutions before building them, explore the AWS service price points, and review the calculations behind your estimates. You can use it to help you plan how you spend, find cost saving opportunities, and make informed decisions when using Amazon Web Services.
It says future and not forecast. You can't forecast cost if you have never used the service. Here the company hasn't even built the application to begin with. So, it isn't Cost Explorer. Cost Explorer comes into play once you start using the service.
