B. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sap/latest/sap-hana/aws-backint-agent-troubleshooting.html Problem: AccessDenied appears in agent logs. Root Causes: The IAM role for the EC2 instance does not have the correct permissions to access the S3 bucket. The agent configuration file does not have the S3BucketOwnerAccountID in double quotes. The S3BucketOwnerAccountID is the 12-digit AWS Account ID. The S3 bucket is not owned by the provided account for S3BucketOwnerAccountID. The S3 bucket provided for the S3BucketOwnerAccountID was created before May 2019. Resolution: Verify the prerequisite steps for installing the AWS Backint agent.
