im assuming B. (https://www.nops.io/why-right-sizing-aws-instances-is-effective-cost-optimization-strategy/#:~:text=According%20to%20AWS%2C%20right%2Dsizing,the%20one%20running%20unoptimized%20instances). Loose coupling though IS a best practice and aws has said that it can reduce cost effectiveness by running smaller jobs as opposed to one large job....
