The key piece is being able to see the workflow. You cannot do that in the test website. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-test-bot#test-a-topic-in-the-test-bot-pane

"Testers must be able to see the workflow while interacting with the chatbot." They can see the workflow in de designer when testing the chatbot in the test pane. Not in a website. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-test-bot#test-a-topic-in-the-test-bot-pane

Selected Answer: D
The correct answer is: D. Use the chatbot designer to test the chatbot. Explanation: Using the chatbot designer allows testers to perform step-by-step testing for all scenarios that are part of a complex user interaction. Testers can interact with the chatbot directly within the designer interface, allowing them to see the workflow as they test different scenarios. This approach provides a convenient and efficient way to test the chatbot's functionality and ensures that testers can verify the behavior of the chatbot across multiple topics before publishing it. Therefore, option D is the most appropriate choice for testing the chatbot in this scenario.

Selected Answer: D
D. Use the chatbot designer to test the chatbot. Chatbot Designer Testing: The chatbot designer provides a testing environment where you can simulate user interactions with the chatbot. This allows you to step through the conversation flow and test how the chatbot responds to various inputs. Step-by-Step Testing: In the chatbot designer, you can input messages and evaluate the chatbot's responses step by step. This is particularly useful for complex scenarios involving multiple topics. Workflow Visualization: The chatbot designer provides a visual representation of the chatbot's workflow, making it easier to understand and test the entire conversation flow.

Selected Answer: D
D. Use the chatbot designer to test the chatbot. Power Virtual Agents (PVA) has a built-in testing feature called the chatbot designer that allows you to test the chatbot's conversation flow and scenarios in a step-by-step manner. This feature allows you to see the conversation flow and interactions as the chatbot progresses through the conversation, making it easier to identify and troubleshoot issues. A. Viewing analytics for a chatbot conversation does not provide the step-by-step testing you need. B. Publishing the chatbot and testing it in any channel is not recommended as it can cause confusion for users as the chatbot is not yet ready for production. C. Publishing the chatbot and testing it in the demo website is not recommended as it can cause confusion for users as the chatbot is not yet ready for production. Once the chatbot is tested, you can publish it and make it available to customers through various channels such as website, mobile apps, or messaging platforms.

Selected Answer: D
C is incorrect. Why? Read the question it states that we need a step by step testing, Testers must be able to see the workflow and the need to test the chatbot. So its obvious that we need a chatbot designer first which in answer D and also to test it. The question is not telling us to release or publish the chatbot, also the demo website is wrong because we are dropping the old FAQ site and replace it by chatbot service. D is the correct answer. If you read the question very carefully it says that " to replace a frequently asked questions site" it means that there we are dropping the old FAQ site for this scenario and replace it by chatbot service.

Shouldn't this be D? "Testers must be able to see the workflow while interacting with the chatbot." Is this possible in the test website?
