It means stp is syncronised each other in MLAG.So there is communicaton for STP calculation, primary is stp active other is in active. So C can be correct

I believe the answer is D if this question evolves around communication between MLAG peers which I believe it does. "STP is disabled for the peer link VLAN 4094 to prevent any potential STP disruption of inter peer communications."
