Selected Answer: A
I believe the correct answer is "A" because understanding one’s goals and tasks is essential for personal satisfaction—without this clarity, individuals may feel lost or directionless. On the other hand, option "D" relates more to motivation. While it can be beneficial, its absence in some companies might not significantly impact certain employees.

I agree, the correct answer should be D. Without support and recognition clear goals and expectations are not directly equate to worker satisfaction.
