Trials to the criterion Trial to Criterion: is a measure of the response opportunities necessary to achieve a performance level. Compliance should always be reported in essays based on criteria, a student cannot comply unless given an opportunity. Another behavior that may be appropriate for criteria tests is tying shoes, washing dishes, math problems, etc. Example: On 5 occasions, Kenny was able to complete a math problem correctly 4 times.

I feel like it is trial to criterion as well. It is a derivative measure. It is calculated by measuring the the number of practice opportunities needed for a person to achieve the pre-established criterion.
