I suppose the correct answer here is option B standing for choices "A, D, E." For functional requirements, these enable actions to be carried out by users in the system - in line with the CRUD principle - "Create, Read, Update, Delete." Applying this logic, requirements B and C do not fit - allowing only customers with normal status to place orders is a business rule and not a functional requirement. Whilst holding data for a specified period is at best a technical requirement bordering on data retention - it would not form part of the functional requirements that enable the sales ordering system to function.
