Selected Answer: D
I wish to submit that the correct answer is D. 1) Are within the scope of the project (Business Sponsor) 2) Can be verified when they have been implemented. (Testers) 3) Express business needs clearly and correctly. (Business Owners). Business Analysts do not participate in a requirements validation exercise as members of the review group. Rather, it is the BA's work that is being reviewed. To verify the output that has been implemented is essentially to test a completed deliverable. So, this role is that of a tester.

Selected Answer: B
The technical team excluding the Business Analyst and stakeholders from the business should form this group, The business sponsor would suffice because it is a new business initiative. Traditionally, the role of the business owners is not prominent as a stakeholder in projects because the project sponsor or product owner represents their interests.
