This answer is incorrect based on the TDMM. It states that "A low dielectric constant is desirable." It should be B & C. TDMM table 1.4, Pg 1-7: - A low dielectric constant is desirable. - A high value of dielectric strength is preferred (to withstand voltage stress) - A low dissipation factor is preferable. - There is an inverse relationship between insulation resistance and cable length (as the cable length increases, the insulation resistance becomes smaller)

The question should state "Which electrical characteristic is displayed with the INCORRECT preferred value?" That is the only one that is not desirable.
