I don't see a way by which control room allows filtering of the displayed queue items using exact tags and by using wildcards. D is the only correct option.
Whenever we work a queue item using Get Next Item, we use a parameter tag filter and status filter! thus by these tags and status we can filter the work item to be displayed to processed.
