CCTE R81.20 p.433 with R81.10 and higher, it responsible for all connections from non-IKE Remote Access Clients (SSL Network Extender, Capsule VPN) and Multi-Portal (SSL/TLS) traffic. CCTE R81.20 p.484 For issue with portal, it might be also necessary to rum HTTPD and CVPND debugs. And I'm at a dead end.

Pg 370 CCTE R80.x "Clientless access solutions require a web browser. The primary communication path for browser-based connections is the Check Point Multi-Portal Daemon (MPD). This process allows numerous processes to utilize port 443, the prescribed port for HTTPS, while hosting multiple SSL Portals on the Security Gateway"
