When you install a Check Point Security Management Server (Gaia OS), the system automatically creates a default user named admin.
The admin user has:
Full read/write permissions
Access to all Gaia configuration features
Permission to manage other users
Note : if you want to create the user with the full permissions, the comamnd #cp_conf "username" add -gaia a#
a = Assigns all permissions – read settings, write settings, and manage administrators
There are by default two accounts in the GAIA, Admin and Monitor and admin is the account with read and write permissions compare to Monitor with limited access
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
