I searched in the book CCSA R80.40 v1.2, but it looks like the book has not been updated.
According to the CCSA book, this is "Protection", but if you open SmartConsole -> Threat Prevention and select "Protection" in the tools below (Treat tools), you will see that there is only update data, and threats and actions related to them are available in "IPS Protection".
