As of R80.10 SmartView Tracker Doesn't exist so this question might be considered outdated.

tracker does exists, but you have to search it in the installation directory of smartconsole. to my apretiation the answer is right and yes maybe is a question outdated

Here is the path to SmartView Tracker in R80.x C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\R80.30\PROGRAM\CPlgv.exe But yes, the question seems to be outdated, just like many others, but I didn't find a better source...
