there is a problem selecting "D" exclude specified = traffic matching the ACL will be sent as a clear text while the rest of the traffic will be encrypted/tunneled so we are saying allow local lan (tick on AC client), and we don't decrypt the client-side traffic? not right: its tunnel specified = get the Admin to encrypt any network he/she wants, then set the AC client to access his/her network per "Allow LAN access Access" tickbox on the AC client
