Project Time frame is not a design constraint from cisco point of view. Cisco separate Design constraints from implementation constratints Cisco Design Zone & Design Guides: “Project timing is an implementation consideration, not a technical design constraint. It does not directly impact architectural decisions like availability, security, or scalability.”
