C. Aggressive load balancing. When deploying voice services over a wireless environment, it is important to ensure the quality of calls. Aggressive load balancing should be disabled to achieve this. Aggressive load balancing is a feature that dynamically moves clients between access points to balance the load and optimize network performance. However, in the context of voice services, it can cause disruptions and call quality issues.

Selected Answer: C
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/advanced_wireless_tuning.html You can also enable or disable load balancing on a particular WLAN, which is useful if you want to disable load balancing for a select group of clients (such as time-sensitive voice clients).

priority queues are critical for VOIP over saturated links. Otherwise random VOIP packet drops WILL cause obvious call quality degradation. I've seen this first hand.

Selected Answer: C
Aggressive load balancing involves moving clients between access points to distribute the load evenly across the network. For voice services, frequent handoffs caused by aggressive load balancing can lead to dropped calls or interruptions, thus affecting call quality. Therefore, aggressive load balancing should be disabled to ensure a stable connection for voice calls.

Low Latency Queueing A priority queue is required for VoIP. You can use any queueing mechanism that effectively gives VoIP high priority, but low latency queueing (LLQ) is recommended because it is flexible and easy to configure. ref: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/solutions_docs/qos_solutions/QoSVoIP/QoSVoIP.html

sorry, my bad. The LB must be de desibled for a group of dieces/clients. ref: You can configure the controller to deny client associations up to 10 times (if a client attempted to associate 11 times, it would be allowed to associate on the 11th try). You can also enable or disable load balancing on a particular WLAN, which is useful if you want to disable load balancing for a select group of clients (such as time-sensitive voice clients).
