Selected Answer: C
Answer C - Integration API (Westbound) which was essentially designed for ITSM integration. 'Integration capabilities are part of Westbound interfaces. To meet the need to scale and accelerate operations in modern data centers, IT operators require intelligent, end-to-end work flows built with open APIs. The Cisco DNA Center platform provides mechanisms for integrating Cisco DNA Assurance workflows and data with third-party IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.' B was my reflexive response, but reading this again - Enable external systems to take actions in response to an event - this would be an Eastbound API (Events and Notifications (Eastbound)

Integration capabilities are part of Westbound interfaces. The Catalyst Center platform provides mechanisms for integrating Assurance workflows and data with third-party IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. ITSM also integrates the Catalyst Center platform into approval and pre-approval chains, linking it with formal change and maintenance window schedules. https://developer.cisco.com/docs/dna-center/overview/#integration-api-westbound:~:text=Integration%20capabilities%20are%20part%20of%20Westbound%20interfaces.

The purpose of an integration API in Cisco DNA Center is: B. Enable external systems to take actions in response to an event. Integration APIs in Cisco DNA Center allow external systems to interact with and integrate with the DNA Center platform. They enable external applications, tools, or systems to programmatically access and control various aspects of network management, configuration, and monitoring within the Cisco DNA Center environment. These APIs facilitate automation, orchestration, and integration with other IT tools and systems. While the other options (A, C, and D) may have relevance to Cisco DNA Center's capabilities, the primary purpose of integration APIs is to enable external systems to take actions and interact with Cisco DNA Center in response to events and requirements.
